Heads up: this isn't your typical Branch Manager role.
If you're looking for a role where you walk in, sit at a desk, and delegate, this is not it.

You will lead the charge as a proven national brand establishes its presence in the QLD market, with you at the helm.

If you love a challenge, back yourself, and get fired up by progress, this could be the best move you make.

Right now, it's a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role.
You'll be across the workshop, logistics, customer coordination, maybe even helping load a truck if needed.

But here's the difference: you won't be doing it alone for long.

From day one, we'll support you by recruiting an Operations Coordinator and a Business Development Manager to share the load.
You'll have gear on the ground ready to get on site.
All your rental agreements will be handled at the HO level, so you won't have to worry about wasting time on administrative tasks that don't move the needle.

There's a clear plan, backed by a national company with a proven track record of success.
What we need is someone with raw drive, initiative, and the hunger to be part of something that's only going one way: up.

Your Role
  • Lead day-to-day operations at the branch: workshop, logistics, dispatch, and returns.
  • Build and lead your team: you'll help hire and train key staff from the beginning.
  • Be the face of the branch: liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • Someone ideally from hire, trades, transport, or similar.
  • A practical leader with strong operations or workshop experience.
  • Great communicator with natural leadership instincts and solid organisational skills.
