Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Branch Staff member.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting essential industries and helping trade customers get the materials they need to work effectively every day.

You'll be responsible for loading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles.

Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities are also part of your responsibilities.

You'll handle over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes delivering exceptional customer service and being a supportive team member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No industry experience required
  • Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Clean full driver's license and some general computer skills
