Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations and manage assigned work packages for a high-profile construction project.
- Supervise trades, contractors, and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and timely project delivery
- Monitor site activities, resolve issues, and maximise site productivity through effective scheduling and supervision
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, building regulations, and project specifications
- Serve as a key liaison for subcontractors, consultants, and visitors, maintaining clear communication and fostering a collaborative site culture
- Maintain accurate site records, monitor costs, and ensure documentation accuracy including daily reports and site logs
- Lead, support, and mentor site teams to meet project goals while promoting accountability and professional development
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in construction, engineering, or a related field
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and experience with construction software and tools
