As a Senior Cash Management Professional, you will lead the transformation of cash management programs to optimize pricing and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive cash management strategies to improve pricing and fee management processes.
2. Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements related to product pricing, relationship pricing, billing structures, fee waivers, discounts, and revenue recognition.
3. Agile Delivery: Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, pricing models, and user stories to support agile delivery frameworks.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design flexible, rules-driven, and scalable pricing and billing solutions.
5. Platform Integration: Support integration projects for pricing platforms, including requirements mapping, configuration, and downstream billing workflows.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on cash management.
3. Expertise in major pricing and billing solutions is highly valued.
4. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
5. Strong knowledge of cash management products, including virtual account management (VAM), liquidity management, and reconciliation systems.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
