Senior Treasury Analyst Job Description

The Senior Treasury Analyst will oversee the management of corporate liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk assessment.

  • Develop and maintain a 16-week cash flow forecast and produce weekly and monthly liquidity reports for senior management.
  • Analyze variances and data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Lead cash flow review sessions with finance teams to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage corporate liquidity effectively, ensuring efficient short-term cash management.
  • Presentation skills are essential to deliver clear, concise reports to senior management.
  • Execute authorized financial transactions, including timely reporting within the Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitor currency markets, and provide insights to senior management on FX risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and support month end FX reporting and hedge accounting processes; prepare FX exposure reports and track hedge performance.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools is required, along with familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg, and Planning Analytics (TM1).
  • Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
