Senior Cash Flow Manager

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing InfraBuild's liquidity and cashflow forecasting. You will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial forecasts and actionable analysis to the leaders, identifying performance improvement opportunities (and risks), and collaborating closely with business finance teams to understand exposures and cashflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the Group 16-week cash flow forecast and prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reporting for senior management.
- Conduct variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead strategic review sessions with operating business finance teams to assess cash flow risks and opportunities.
- Manage group liquidity, ensuring efficient short-term cash management practices.
- Prepare and present concise, clear reports to senior stakeholders.
- Execute approved financial markets transactions, including accurate and timely reporting within the Treasury Management System.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitor currency markets, and provide expert insight to senior management on FX risks and opportunities.
- Support the development of the Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy thresholds.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, Bloomberg, and Planning Analytics is essential.
- Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
