">Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor Cash Positions: Ensure the organization has optimal liquidity across all accounts by daily monitoring and reporting cash positions.
  • Cash Flow Forecasts: Prepare and analyze rolling cash flow forecasts for the organization's established retirement villages and development business.
  • Transactional Banking Operations: Manage transactional banking operations, including account administration and corporate credit card facilities.
  • Treasury Fees: Reconcile and process interest and treasury-related fees.
  • Support Reports and Presentations: Support the preparation of treasury reports and presentations.
  • Financial Models: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support funding and investment decisions.
  • Internal and External Reporting: Coordinate internal and external reporting, including audit support and compliance documentation.
  • Debt and Derivative Settlements: Liaise with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to administer debt and derivative settlements.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
