Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's liquidity, risk, and cash flow. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Coordinate with global finance teams to manage cash inflows and outflows, optimizing liquidity.
  • Treasury Operations: Assist with the management of company debt, including debt compliance and covenant monitoring. Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in treasury operations.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze treasury data to provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to senior management. Monitor and report on liquidity metrics and other key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the company's financial health.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks. Implement strategies to minimize risk exposure and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field. Experience in the manufacturing, food processing, or packaging industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, foreign exchange, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), financial software, and ERP systems.
