Role Overview

This is a dynamic position that requires an individual with expertise in digital communications, social media management, and data analytics to drive our online presence forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, and delivering actionable insights to inform our digital strategy. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to develop and execute campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital communications strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media channels.
  • Manage and optimize our online presence across multiple platforms.
  • Deliver regular reports and dashboards on content performance and audience engagement.
  • Travel regularly to our different sites across Tasmania and occasionally interstate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital communications, social media management, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design software applications and audio-visual production.
  • Qualification in Media/Communications/Marketing or relevant experience.
