Transforming Financial Complexity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centred content across various formats. This role requires expertise in simplifying complex financial topics into clear, accessible consumer content.

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative writing and storytelling skills, with experience producing content across diverse formats. They should be skilled in content modelling, analysis, and A/B testing, as well as comfortable working in Agile environments and managing complex deliverables in regulatory settings.

The Consumer Communications team is responsible for delivering consumer communications for ASIC and MoneySmart. As part of this team, you will contribute to developing integrated communications across owned, earned, and paid channels with cross-channel alignment.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build capability in digital content best practice and support agile project delivery.
  • Provide expert communications advice to stakeholders and support content approval processes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in large-scale marketing, brand, or transformation programs within financial services or superannuation.
  • Strong expertise in content design and UX writing.
  • Advanced creative writing and storytelling skills.
