Content Creation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Creation Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape organisational processes and contribute to impactful digital content.

About the Role:

The Content Creation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production. You will ensure all necessary consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement effective content strategies.
  • Support the development of content plans, including concept development, scripting, and storyboarding.
  • Manage content assets, including video, audio, and still images.
  • Oversee the editing and post-production process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to source equipment, services, and personnel as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
About You:
  • You will have hands-on experience coordinating video and content production, ideally within Australian government or large organisations.
  • Candidates should have a clear understanding of end-to-end content production, familiarity with approvals processes, accessibility requirements (captions/transcripts), and consent protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
