Job Opportunity:
Mine Site Operations ManagerThe ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of mine site cleaning personnel.
- Cleaning and maintaining communal facilities including offices, training rooms, washrooms, and other areas.
- Ensuring the effective removal of waste and performing power washing tasks as required.
- Providing training to new employees and conducting pre-start meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
- Investigating and reporting any hazards or incidents that may occur on site.
- Preparing and submitting performance reports to senior management.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful applicant will have a supervisor's certificate and advanced interpersonal skills.
