Seeking a seasoned site manager to oversee daily operations at our Werris Creek facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and providing operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in agriculture, maintenance, mining, rail, or similar industries.

  1. Ensure effective day-to-day management of the site, including supervision of staff and management of harvest casuals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers and customers.
  3. Maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of OH&S principles. A valid driver's license is required. Progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
  • Basic computing skills.
  • Licenses or certifications such as loader, skid-steer, H or M class license, and/or first aid.
