Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our mining equipment and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the mine site
  • Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Plan and prioritise maintenance work to minimise downtime
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimise equipment performance
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision within the mining or heavy industry sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sound knowledge and maintenance practices of CAT, Liebherr, and Komatsu Excavators
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
