We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our Business Development Team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with clients in the pre-contract phase, ensuring their needs are fully understood and documented. Your role will involve:
Job Description- Leading Pre-Sales and Discovery: Promote a basic understanding of Cuscal's standard products, key benefits, market obligations, enablement activities, and business-as-usual activities.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Capture a clear scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and costs in Cuscal's standard format for Statements of Work.
- Solution Delivery Support: Provide a detailed handover to the delivery team at commencement of the implementation, act as a point of escalation for internal stakeholders and the client throughout the implementation process.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Passionate about enabling excellent client outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, commerce, finance or related subjects.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
- Strong industry knowledge of payments ecosystems, and/or strong understanding of Cuscal's product and technology solutions.
- Experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes.
- Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, Jira, PowerPoint.

Average annual salary for this position in Australia is approximately $95,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
