Creative Animation Specialist

In this key position, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and believable character performances that effectively convey the narrative. Our team of talented artists is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of animation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with directors to produce high-quality feature animation in line with the creative vision.
- Participate in team reviews and actively contribute to creative discussions.
- Manage your time effectively working with production to meet project deadlines.
- A strong understanding of animation principles and an excellent sense of story, pacing, continuity, and appeal.
- Be a proven team player who brings a high level of creative imagination and problem-solving to the role.
- Proficiency in Maya or equivalent software.
- 2+ years experience working in animated feature films, VFX, TV or games.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, to deadlines within a team environment.
- Be open to constructive criticism and new workflows.
- A willingness to always improve and inspire those around you.
This role is based out of our Sydney office, with a hybrid arrangement requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
