Feature Animation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Feature Animation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation principles and be able to apply their knowledge to create high-quality animations.

Job Description

The Feature Animation Specialist will be responsible for generating animation cycles, animating background characters, and assisting in aesthetic or technical fixes for animation. They will work closely with directors and animation leadership to produce high-quality feature animation that meets the creative vision of the project.

In addition to their technical skills, the Feature Animation Specialist will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements
  • A deep understanding of animation principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Maya or equivalent software
  • 1+ years experience working in feature films, VFX, TV or games
