The ideal candidate will create exceptional animation content, collaborate effectively with artists and designers, and work under direction to deliver high-quality games on time.
Primary Responsibilities- Collaborate with artists, animators, and game designers to develop outstanding game animation that meets brief and deadline requirements.
- Deliver accurate assets promptly, ensuring a functional and aesthetic quality suitable for the game's needs.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, as well as quickly resolve unexpected issues during the development process.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to established processes for asset creation and management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Animation or related fields are desirable, but significant professional experience can be considered equivalent.
- Proven expertise with core application software such as 3DStudio Max, Maya, VRay, ZBrush, Adobe CC Suite, Blender, Spine etc.
- Excellent understanding of animation production techniques and pipelines, including real-time and pre-rendered animations.
- High competency in creating and delivering content using key software across various end-platforms.
- Ability to handle challenging priorities, meet tight deadlines, and provide a positive example for peers.
