Job Title: Immigration Law Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Law Analyst to provide expert research and analysis in support of our advisory services. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Australian migration law, regulations, and legal precedents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth research and analysis on statutes, regulations, policies, case law, and previous court decisions relevant to immigration law and cases handled.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of research and support services.
• Analyze legal issues, arguments, and evidence presented in diverse matters and provide evaluations and recommendations based on research findings.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral opinions on points of law, offering clear and well-reasoned advice to legal professionals to support case strategies and submissions.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in Australian migration law, legislative changes, case law updates, and emerging legal trends that may impact business operations and client representation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in legal research and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statutes, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to Australian migration law.
• Fluency in a foreign language (Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin).
• Excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.

Benefits:

The role offers a competitive remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
