Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant located in Sydney, NSW. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on immigration issues, handling visa applications, and providing legal consulting. The role involves working with global immigration laws, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Daily tasks include client consultations, research on immigration policies, and coordination with legal teams to support clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas
  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Consulting
  • Experience with Global Immigration practices and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Sydney
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in immigration law are a plus
