Are you a highly organised and safety-focused professional looking for a challenging role in warehouse operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipting of purchase orders, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and coordinating deliveries from suppliers. They will also set up and maintain manual inventory tracking systems, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage monthly stocktakes.

In addition, the Warehouse Coordinator will prepare and distribute stock to departments efficiently, liaise with department heads, and ensure timely delivery. They will lead safety protocols, conduct regular safety drills, and enforce park WHS procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Australian Manual Driver's Licence
  • Forklift Licence
  • MR Licence (desirable)
  • Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel and SharePoint skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
