Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Line Leader, you will oversee the efficient replenishment of raw materials from receiving to production lines.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of up to 8 warehouse operators, coordinating picking of work orders, managing stock availability for production, and troubleshooting issues on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or leading a team in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and possess strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

Additionally, familiarity with Oracle transactions and BPA scanner use is preferred.

As a leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, mentoring others, and providing real-time feedback to minimize production impact from stock shortages.
