We are seeking an exceptional professional to support the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court as a Judicial Associate.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide operational, administrative, and technical legal support to the Judge in both chambers and court settings. This role involves case file management, effective communication at all levels, and conducting thorough legal research and writing tasks. Additionally, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support judicial management of DATC participants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal support to the Judge in chambers and court
- Manage case files efficiently and effectively
- Conduct thorough legal research and writing tasks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support judicial management
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A demonstrated interest in criminal law
- The ability to perform under pressure
- An excellent capacity for teamwork
- Relevant qualifications and experience
