**Appliance Repair Technician Opportunity**

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to join our ACT service team and make a difference in the world of healthcare.

 

As a valued member of our equipment service team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance servicing on high tech infection control machinery in hospitals, day surgeries, and life science facilities throughout the state.

 

You will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with a great global organisation, working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a solution-based approach, and experience in mechanics, electronics, electrical motors, or industrial washers/washing machines or dishwashers.

 

They will also have knowledge of pneumatics, steam or pressure valves, a restricted electrical license, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

This role may require some state-wide travel and occasional overnight stays.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance servicing on high tech infection control machinery.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Focus on customer service and resolve issues effectively.
