About This Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional to support our customer's needs for equipment service in a timely and professional manner.

The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to maintain a high standard and minimise downtime. You will also provide excellent customer service by completing all service calls using the 'My Jobs' app, accurate allocation of parts consumed, stocktake accuracy, and participate in the on call roster to provide emergency service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the field sales teams to ensure equipment is serviced to meet service level agreements and maintain equipment to a high standard.
  • Provide operational feedback to the field manager where possible.
  • Adhere to processes, policies, and use of IT tools and on call roster for customers.
  • Train, coach and develop other team members where necessary to assist individual and team technical skill sets.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician who has:

A current unrestricted driver's license.Experience in servicing coffee machines.Proven troubleshooting skills.Confident communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.Experience managing multiple priorities.Relationship management experience, particularly working collaboratively and cross functionally.
