Key Retail Account Manager Position

This role is crucial in executing a strategic retail plan for key main store accounts, with the goal of increasing product market share and providing proactive support for all key accounts.

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Account Manager who excels at developing long-lasting relationships. We value flexibility and are open to discussing your preferred ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the retail strategy for key main store accounts, including annual sales targets, product placement, and marketing and promotional programs.
  • Manage and cultivate existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities and ensure increased product market share with proactive support for all key accounts.
  • Identify key insights and provide new and innovative solutions that stand out from competitors, ensuring brand-aligned representation and in-store merchandising.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure merchandising and brand representation is achieved in-store.
  • Build relationships that may prepare the role for progression into senior positions within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
  • The ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving strong results.
  • Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Clear communication of intent and ability to give and receive constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • The ability to present, facilitate, and lead training sessions with retail teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A high level of business acumen.
  • A strong passion for premium home appliances.
