Event Logistics Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the smooth operation of events in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in managing logistics, supervising teams, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-the-job training and development for logistics staff
  • Oversight and management of event floor service flow and maintenance of performance standards
  • Monitoring work of team members during shifts and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and safely

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build productive working relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation preferred
