Claims Processing Specialist Role

As a key member of our team, you will focus on high volume data entry and internal coordination to ensure seamless customer claim processing. Your primary objective is to guarantee timely and accurate resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a high volume of claims monthly.
  • Ensure claims are finalised within a predetermined timeframe.
  • Manage internal follow-ups and approvals (no direct customer interaction involved).
  • Conduct weekly reporting and documentation management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including credit, finance, and sales teams.
  • Handle claim rejections and verify documentation completeness and audit readiness.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in claims processing, credit administration, or coordination roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and contribute to team goals.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow up internally.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
