Design Expertise for Residential Spaces

We seek an experienced Draftsperson to create bespoke luxury homes, strata developments, and select government projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality working drawings and sales sketches using ArchiCAD software
  • Evaluate compliance with building codes, council guidelines, and internal design standards
  • Collaborate with sales, estimating, and construction teams throughout the design and documentation process
  • Work on a mix of custom luxury homes, small-scale multi-unit developments, and government-led housing projects
About You:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction (builder-side)
  • Skilled in drafting double-storey homes
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD
  • Strong understanding of NCC, R-Codes, and design compliance
  • Background in high-end or custom home design is highly desirable
