Overview

An established and award-winning residential builder in Perth is seeking a full-time Sketch Designer to join their growing team.

This role will see you working closely with the sales department to produce high-quality sketch designs for new homes across the metro area.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges
  • Provide design input and guidance to senior consultants
  • Create ArchiCAD sketches based on design consultant briefs
  • Contribute to the design of premium display homes
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design & Technology
  • At least 3 years' residential drafting experience with a Perth project builder using ArchiCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, R-Codes, and NCC requirements
  • Creative eye with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
