As a residential design professional, you'll play a pivotal role in our drafting and design studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases, delivering innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Work across a diverse project portfolio, from luxury homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects, applying your creative edge and technical expertise.
  • Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House principles – we provide comprehensive training to support your growth.
