**Residential Design Specialist Opportunity**

Are you a talented design professional with a passion for creating innovative and functional residential designs? We are seeking an experienced Residential Design Specialist to join our team.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing creative design concepts that meet their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and preferences for residential extensions and renovations
  • Liaising with clients throughout the design process to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service
  • Developing creative and functional design concepts that align with client expectations and project specifications
  • Collaborating with an offshore backoffice team to assist with drafting and 3D rendering, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project materials
  • Ensuring designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards
  • Presenting design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback throughout the design process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, particularly in residential projects
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work related to extensions and renovations
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and client collaboration

**Pay:** From $35.00 per hour
