Return to Work Specialist

This role is a key component in driving improved outcomes for our Members.

You will be part of a supportive and talented team of professionals who are passionate about keeping people safe, well and working. You will work closely with our Members to understand their unique needs and develop targeted strategies to improve their workplace risk profile and achieve enhanced return to work outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver training, employer resources and other services that support our Members meet their employer obligations.
  • Become an effective communicator and presenter, building rapport and stakeholder relationships, and enjoying the occasional in-person visit to meet Members.

To succeed in this role, you will require an allied health qualification or extensive experience in injury management and return to work, as well as a solid understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and associated regulations.

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven presentation and facilitation skills, able to tailor their communication to suit different audiences. Prior experience in commencing projects through to implementation would be advantageous, including the development of training, employer resources and collateral.
