Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive office support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering telephones, directing calls, and handling correspondence.
- Manage files, records, and office supplies with precision and efficiency.
- Operate automated information processing equipment to prepare reports, purchase orders, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office functions with other departments, including event planning and logistics.
- Attend meetings, trainings, conferences, seminars, and workshops for professional development.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
- Three years of office administration experience in a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Successful completion of employment assessments, including background checks.
