Job Overview

This role involves promoting and strategically selling our complete solution portfolio into selected market segments and representing the company as an innovator and leader in the electrical and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our solution portfolio into targeted market segments and represent us as an innovator and leader.
  • Implement client strategies for both new and existing key accounts to ensure we are a preferred partner of choice.
  • Screen and qualify new projects to build a healthy strategic pipeline.
  • Early engagement in identifying projects to promote our solutions and services into the project design scope before tender is released.
  • Understand key decision makers and customer's buying preferences to develop winning pursuit strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, engineering or equivalent.
  • Existing strong customer network connections with relevant industry players and decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of Medium/High Voltage switchgear, Components, Power and / or Distribution Transformers.
  • Proven track record of successfully winning business via business development/sales skillset.
  • Practical understanding of competitive landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High degree of adaptability and professionalism.
  • Professional writing, speaking, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong passion for delivering results.
