
Senior Energy Solutions Developer

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales of large and complex energy projects and brings valuable experience gained from having contributed to the closure of significant BESS projects while managing project risks. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead a project sales team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
The successful applicant must be based in Australia and have lived there for a minimum of 5 years. Responsibilities include:
- Originating new business opportunities
- Leading the project sales team
- Securing deal quality
- Leading contract negotiations
- Promoting strategic objectives
- Developing successful partnerships
- Accountable for strategy and account planning
- Representing the voice of customers
- Managing progress and reporting results
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and securing utility-scale battery energy storage projects
- Understanding of the Australian electricity market
- Minimum five years of experience in a project sales environment
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in energy storage business and commercial understanding of energy storage contracts
