Construction Safety Specialist

Redpath Partners is seeking a skilled Construction Safety Specialist to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining OHS protocols across various project sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain OHS protocols across varied project sites.
- Conduct safety audits and compliance inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Assist in site safety training and incident reporting to keep teams informed and proactive.
- Promote a strong culture of safety by working closely with project teams and subcontractors.
- 2-3 years of OHS coordination experience (backgrounds in trades or subcontracting welcome).
- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and industry standards.
- A proactive approach to learning and growing within a head contractor environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure smooth safety operations.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
