Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients by allocating jobs to field technicians
  • Monitor service calls to ensure prompt allocation and efficient utilization of technician available working hours
  • Manage the service management system, including opening and closing jobs
  • Arrange for sub-contractors, supply purchase orders, and process supplier invoices
  • Order safety equipment, uniform, tools, consumables, and stationery for the department

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or service desk environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and have strong communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suites
