Job Title: Leadership Position in Mental Health

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our mental health team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, clinical practice, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

The leader will be responsible for operationalising the core values of the organisation, developing and supporting excellence in clinical practice and patient care. This includes co-ordinating day-to-day operational and clinical activities, providing leadership, clinical direction and support to team members, and managing a small client case load.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Registration with relevant Board via AHPRA or eligibility for membership
  • Advanced clinical skills and experience in community mental health
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership in a senior role
  • Working towards post graduate qualifications in management highly regarded
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19
  • Australian working rights and willingness to undergo a Background Check
