Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Patient Safety Improvement Unit Manager.

This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of patient safety and clinical improvement activities and processes within our healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and reduce risk in our healthcare facilities.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical quality and risk management issues.
  3. Provide training and education to staff on patient safety best practices.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on patient safety metrics and trends.
Requirements
