Job Title: IPC Champion & Care Documentation Lead
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our team as an IPC Champion and Care Documentation Lead. As a comfort to our residents and a leader to the team, this role requires someone who can make people feel at ease while ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Clinical team in implementing the IPC program and maintaining high standards of patient care and caregiver safety.
- Work closely with the Clinical team to develop and implement effective care plans for residents.
- Cover RN shifts to support the nursing team during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in clinical care with a focus on patient outcomes.
- Nursing degree and current registration as well as Australian working rights.
- IPC Qualification/Training with expertise in infection control.
- Experience in Aged Care with proficiency in basic nursing practice.
- Computer literacy with the ability to use care documentation systems efficiently.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working a minimum of 8 days a fortnight (Monday-Friday) as an IPC Champion and Care Documentation Lead. Additional RN shifts are available for those who wish to increase their hours.
