About the Role

The Senior Campus Operations Officer is a key member of the TAFE SA team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of educational and administrative services at our campuses. This role involves a wide range of duties, including security, minor maintenance, general cleaning, grounds duties, and campus logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the campus operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to students and staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the campus, including security, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve campus facilities and services, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve student outcomes.
  • Perform line management duties for a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of campus operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a facilities or operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
