About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Campus Principal to lead our Perth Campus, driving academic excellence and student success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the campus, ensuring the delivery of our curriculum and the implementation of our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership and vision for the campus, driving academic excellence and student success.
• Manage the operations of the campus, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student achievement and engagement.
• Lead and manage a team of educators, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with the Central Administration and Directors to plan and manage the school budget.
• Ensure the school's policies and programs are implemented effectively, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in school leadership, preferably in a similar role or equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning leadership.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive academic excellence and student success.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation, with the ability to lead and manage curriculum teams.
