About the Role

ClearCompany is seeking a highly motivated and determined school leader to join our senior executive team as a Deputy Principal. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead the operational requirements of a growing senior campus, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the senior executive team to develop and implement a Multi-tiered System of Support Model (MTSS) that includes Flexible Learning and Transition and Careers Education.
• Lead the implementation of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) framework and trauma-informed practices to enhance student outcomes.
• Strategically lead the wellbeing support processes and case management structures to ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of students.
• Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education philosophies and practices to ensure all students have access to high-quality education.
• Work collaboratively with the Wellbeing and Inclusion Deputy Principal to establish consistent practices across the school.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years full-time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to a recognized school teaching qualification.
• Current professional teaching registration with the relevant teaching authority.
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration prior to commencing the role.
