This position offers an opportunity to work in a senior role, leading workplace relations efforts. As a Workplace Relations Portfolio Lead, you will collaborate with the OD Leadership Team and exercise independent judgment to resolve people issues.

The successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as:

You will provide credible services, decisions, and advice in these areas under limited direction. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence change.
