About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Assurance Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors, program directors, and executives in relation to programs of work and transformation activity.\
  • Help clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track, and will deliver the required quality of output.\
  • Identify key risks to success of projects/programs and recommend solutions to clients.\
  • Review and analyse critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies.\
  • Collaborate and build relationships in our internal teams as part of our enterprise assurance approach.\
  • Coffee and mentor junior colleagues.\

About You:

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2-5 years of experience in project/program management, coordination, or business analysis. You should be skilled in proactively identifying project risks and hold an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, BABOK, or a similar certification). You will also need to be comfortable being part of Program and Portfolio reviews.
