Global Mobility Director

The Global Mobility Director will oversee the company's global mobility program, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder collaboration. This role is accountable for building a cohesive global mobility infrastructure that supports the company's strategy, design, development, administration, compliance, and communication of global mobility programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership on global mobility planning, long-term cost projection, and contract negotiations.
- Design and implement a strategic roadmap for global mobility aligned with business needs.
- Provide functional leadership to global mobility teams worldwide.
- Stay informed on industry standards and provide thought leadership for global mobility.
- Communicate legislative changes affecting employee relocation or mobility costs.
- Ensure clear communication of key messages on Global Mobility to internal stakeholders.
- Review and authorize high-impact exception requests related to mobility policy.
- Analyze global mobility data to maintain program effectiveness and identify enhancements.
- Report insights on global mobility data and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Drive global standardization of mobility operations for a unified company experience.
- Exhibit leadership behaviors that promote productive relationships and a strong performance culture.
- Serve as the primary contact for crisis management involving global assignees.
