Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Solutions Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies, driving growth and expanding market share in the mining technology sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement, foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional services related to our product suite.

This role involves providing system assessments, engineering analysis, performance benchmarking, and change management services to clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing measures to enhance mine operational efficiency.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to develop and implement professional project documentation, including proposals, scope of work, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze information effectively.
  • Develop alternative solutions.
  • Perform analysis to create practical solutions that address clients' needs.
  • Build partnerships with clients to solve problems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering with Mining, Civil, Geological, or Industrial specialization, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of production-related mining operations and modular technology solutions.
  • Mining industry or consultancy work experience in middle management positions related to mine planning, operations, or technology.
  • Experience in technology development, deployment, and services.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and form strong relationships.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Customer focus and commitment to excellence.
  • Results-driven with the ability to influence others when required.

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management Certification (desired).
  • MBA or mine engineering master program (advantageous).
  • Black Belt Six Sigma or Lean certification (advantageous).
