Job Description

The primary role of this position is to manage ticketing strategies and operations for QMN events, including the creation of ticket builds, pricing schedules, and allocation management. This involves close collaboration with our ticketing agency and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences for visitors.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ticketing plans that meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to establish effective box office arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate sales reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Support data integrity by updating databases related to marketing and membership programs, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials and participate in on-call rosters for social media, events, and emergency communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems, coupled with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience working in marketing, festivals, arts, and cultural institutions is highly valued.
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Card (Blue Card) is mandatory.
