About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Manager to join our team at the Numurkah plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing process optimization and driving operating efficiency across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of site-based process engineers to lead improvements through identification and resolution of inefficiencies.
  • Deploy continuous improvement methodologies across the site to reduce waste, losses, and variation.
  • Work with site teams to identify and implement process improvements, focusing on improving overall competitiveness.
  • Support our Pinjarra site and any future facilities as required.

Requirements

  • Background in industrial or food manufacturing with a tertiary qualification in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Specialization in process engineering, including unit operations, process design, and improvement, as well as advanced analytics techniques.
  • Knowledge of process safety management requirements and CI processes such as Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Project experience in process design and specification, commissioning, and start-up.
